Settings → AI usage, and the AI usage report on Reports

See how much you have used AI chat and what it cost, by day, week or month. Owners and admins can also see the whole firm, person by person.

Opening it

• In Settings, click AI usage under Personal.
• Or click Reports in the left-hand panel, then the AI usage card next to Overview.

Both show the same numbers.

Reading it

1. At the top, pick Day, Week or Month. Day shows the last 30 days, Week the last 12 weeks (each starting on Monday) and Month the last 12 months.
2. If you are an owner or admin, pick Me for your own use or Everyone for the whole firm.
3. The four tiles give the totals: Estimated cost, Answers (one for each question Claude answered), Tokens sent and Tokens received.
4. The columns show the cost of each day, week or month. Hover a column to see its cost, tokens and answers.
5. The table below lists the same numbers, newest first. With Everyone, a second table lists each person's totals, the most expensive first.

Only totals are shown: nobody can see what anyone else asked here.

The cost is an estimate from each model's list price. Your firm's AI bill is the final word.

Deleting and restoring the report

To take the report off your Reports page, open it and click the bin at the top right (Delete report), then Delete. Only your Reports change, and nothing is lost.

To bring it back, open Settings → AI usage and click Restore report.

What you cannot do yet

• See AI used by deal scoring, company names or the formula writer; only AI chat is counted.
• Choose your own dates, or export the numbers.
• Set a limit or budget.
